Each unit will have the ability to reserve the 950 square foot roof deck for private functions FOUR times throughout a one-year lease. 708 South Sartain Street is the corner unit closest to the city with a higher view than any building in the area. The unobstructed roof deck has a perfect view of center city Philadelphia. You will have the ability to access the 950 sq ft roof deck whenever it is not reserved no matter what unit you live in.

Reserving party may have a maximum of 15 people on the roof (including tenants). It will be nicely furnished with outdoor table, chairs, barbecue, and access to water.
